Returns Policy for Ties of London
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the returns process simple and straightforward.
1. Initiating a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at Hello@tiesoflondon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
3. Shipping and Refund Process
- Once we confirm that your item qualifies for a return, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Hello@tiesoflondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
